Each quality tier has a simple per-second rate plus a small margin. Your total is seconds × rate, rounded up to the nearest credit; multi-scene projects sum each scene. Today the rate is essentially the same across 480p, 720p, and 1080p.
Standard is optimized for speed and cost — great for drafts and full music videos. Premium delivers higher fidelity motion and detail. Director MV also offers an Ultra tier for top-grade cinematic polish and a Cinema tier with film-grade motion and native audio.
Your account is automatically refunded if a generation fails due to a technical error. You only pay for successful outputs.

Yes. Completed projects show a Lip sync video option on your dashboard. Vocal scenes are re-processed with our lip-sync engine, then the final MP4 is re-assembled.
Account funds are non-refundable since they are used for GPU processing. However, failed generations are always refunded automatically to your account balance.
